"Will Not Leave Lebanese People Alone, Iran"

TEHRAN - Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has issued a stern warning to Israel, stating that Iranian forces remain on high alert with their "fingers on the trigger." He emphasized that the ongoing Israeli aggression in Lebanon threatens to derail the fragile ceasefire and render the upcoming peace talks in Islamabad "meaningless."

President Pezeshkian asserted that Iran will not abandon the people of Lebanon and will continue to provide all necessary support.

Meanwhile, Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf accused Israel of already violating three key points of the 10-point peace proposal, including unauthorized drone incursions into Iranian airspace and challenging Iran’s right to uranium enrichment.

Ghalibaf warned that continued violations would carry a "heavy price" and could completely collapse the diplomatic process mediated by international partners.
