| Public Holiday in Twin Cities |
ISLAMABAD: In view of the high-profile diplomatic talks between Iran and the United States, the federal government has declared a public holiday in Islamabad and Rawalpindi on Saturday, April 11. A formal notification has been issued, confirming that all public and private institutions will remain closed, except for essential emergency services.

Due to the movement of foreign delegations, stringent security measures have been implemented. The Red Zone and the Expressway (from Zero Point to Koral Chowk) will remain closed to all types of traffic.
Authorities have released a special traffic diversion plan, advising citizens to avoid unnecessary travel. Commuters from GT Road are directed to use alternative routes via Taxila, Chakri, or Chak Beli Road to access the Motorway.
