BANNU - A cowardly suicide attack by Khwarij on the Domel Police Station in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Bannu district has been foiled, resulting in the martyrdom of 10 civilians.

According to security sources, the suicide bomber targeted the civilian population outside the police station after failing to enter the building.

The martyrs include seven women, one child, and two men. Rescue teams and local residents are currently engaged in removing debris and shifting the injured to the hospital for immediate medical aid.

Security sources confirmed that while the police station remained safe due to high-security measures, the terrorists' cowardice led to the loss of innocent lives.

Security forces have cordoned off the area and launched a search operation, vowing to continue actions under the National Action Plan until the last terrorist is eliminated.
